HostPatch Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for Web Cloud and WordPress Cloud hosting services. For monthly plans, refunds are available within 3 days of purchase. Refund requests beyond these time frames will not be processed.
However, no refunds are provided for the following:
- VPS and dedicated servers.
- Domain registration, transfer, or renewal fees.
- Setup fees or software licenses.
Verification & Fraud Prevention:
Refunds will not be processed if your account fails verification, or if fraud or abuse is detected. You are responsible for maintaining compliance with our policies.
Billing and Refund Process
Refunds for eligible products must be requested within the stated period (30 days or 3 days for monthly plans). Refunds will be processed within 14 days after the request and will appear in your account via the original payment method.
HostPatch reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of policy violations, abuse, or fraud.
Exclusions:
Domain-related services: Domains registered, transferred, or renewed through HostPatch are non-refundable.
VPS, Dedicated Servers, and Cloud Servers: These services are non-refundable.
Setup Fees and Licenses: Any fees related to service setup or software licenses (such as cPanel, Plesk, etc.) are non-refundable.
